- Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and provide customers with correct change.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure the security of cash and transactions.
- Oversee and support shop staff.
- Assign tasks, ensure proper training, and maintain a motivated team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce security and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in business or management is a plus).
Proficient in
