About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Shop Manager

to lead our luxury fashion boutique in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end fashion retail, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred due to our client demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Sales Performance

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with luxury standards. Drive and achieve sales targets (individual and store-level) including KPIs such as UPT, ATV, CR, and footfall conversion. Ensure operational excellence including inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to brand SOPs.

Team Management

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular team briefings, one-on-one feedback sessions, and training to ensure product and service excellence. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store staff.

Client Experience & CRM

Foster a personalized luxury shopping experience through styling advice, follow-ups, and clientele. Maintain and grow a loyal client base using CRM tools and outreach initiatives. Handle VIP clients and special requests with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Reporting & Admin

Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, security, and HR protocols. Liaise with mall management and external vendors when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

; Arabic is a plus. Strong understanding of the luxury consumer and market trends. Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with HNWIs and international clientele. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
