We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role blends shop supervision with hands-on sales and marketing execution, ensuring Zlowers maintains its premium reputation and hits its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shop Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the flower shop, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent store presentation.
Manage staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance tracking.
Monitor flower inventory and ensure proper stock rotation, freshness, and waste reduction.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to company standards.
2. Sales Management
Lead in-store and online sales efforts; upsell and cross-sell to increase average order value.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Train staff in effective sales techniques and customer interaction.
Handle VIP clients, special events, and bulk order inquiries.
3. Customer Service & Retention
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly (in-store, WhatsApp, calls, Instagram).
Collect and act on customer feedback.
Build relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track and report on team performance, inventory status, and delivery issues.
Provide suggestions based on trends and sales performance.
5. Marketing Support
Collaborate with social media and content team to plan promotions, bundles, and campaigns.
Suggest product ideas for seasonal or trending arrangements.
Promote in-store activities and Instagram engagement with walk-in customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of retail or flower shop management experience.
Strong sales background with a proven ability to hit targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (POS systems, Google Sheets, etc.).
Basic understanding of flowers, gifting, and seasonal trends is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
