About Us:
Haldha Perfumes is a luxury fragrance brand based in Dubai, offering premium oud and signature perfumes to retail and wholesale clients across the UAE, Africa, Europe, and beyond. We are now looking for an experienced and reliable
Shop Manager
to lead our store operations and sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the perfume shop Oversee inventory, display setup, and stock management Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Handle B2C and B2B sales inquiries, including wholesale clients Supervise and train junior staff (if applicable) Maintain shop cleanliness, product knowledge, and brand standards Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the
perfume or cosmetics industry
Strong knowledge of Arabic and international perfume trends Good communication skills inEnglish
(Arabic
is a plus) Customer-focused, reliable, and sales-driven Experience managing or supervising a retail store is preferredWhat We Offer:
