Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and operate the branch Supervise, train, and motivate staff Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved Resolve customer issues with professionalism Submit daily and monthly reports to the head office Maintain store cleanliness, proper product display, and organization
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English Proven UAE experience as a store or Shop Manager Strong leadership and retail management skills Willingness to relocate within UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain) Familiarity with Star Gallery Mart's product categories
Salary:
AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month + IncentivesPosition Type:
