About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated

Shop Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance and standards of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily store operations. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays. Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards. Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Coordinate with the Cluster or Area Manager regarding promotions, targets, and performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Experience in retail or store management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting. Proficiency in MS Office or POS systems. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Retail, or related field (preferred). Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
