to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, marketing activities, and maintenance of a busy shopping center in Ajman.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day mall operations and facilities Handle leasing, tenant coordination, and customer service Plan and execute promotional events to boost footfall Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor performance Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in mall or retail management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of retail operations and customer engagement
