Job Description

Hookah Preparation:

Prepare and serve hookah to customers, including selecting and mixing flavors, assembling the hookah, and ensuring proper functionality.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and addressing any questions or concerns about the hookah experience.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

Regularly clean and maintain hookah equipment to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the equipment.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of hookah supplies, including tobacco, coals, and accessories. Place orders and restock items as needed.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to the preparation and serving of hookah. Ensure that all equipment is sanitized and safe for use.

Training and Supervision:

Train new staff on hookah preparation and service procedures. Supervise and assist team members as needed to ensure consistent quality.

Customer Experience:

Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall experience with knowledgeable and friendly service.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and executing special events or promotions involving hookah services, including setup and coordination with other team members.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in hookah preparation and service, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.

Skills:

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of different hookah flavors and preparation techniques.

Knowledge:

Understanding of health and safety regulations related to hookah service. Familiarity with different types of hookah equipment and maintenance procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment or supplies as needed.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
