We are seeking a skilled and passionate Shisha Master to join our team at a prestigious location in Dubai Marina Walk. As a Shisha Master, you will be responsible for preparing and serving shisha to our valued guests with the highest standards of service, ensuring an exceptional experience. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about different shisha blends, maintains cleanliness, and demonstrates an ability to create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve shisha to guests according to their preferences, ensuring the quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
Ensure the cleanliness of shisha equipment and working areas at all times.
Educate guests on different shisha flavors and blends, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain inventory and order supplies for the shisha station.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests are satisfied and have a memorable experience.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling of tobacco and equipment.
Keep up to date with trends in shisha preparation and new flavors.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English (must). Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of shisha preparation and presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
