Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Shisha Preparation & Service:

  • Prepare and set up shisha/hookah pipes according to customer preferences.
  • Mix and load shisha tobacco flavors correctly.
  • Ensure proper heat management with charcoal for optimal smoking experience.
  • Monitor and maintain shisha pipes throughout the session.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers, explain shisha flavors, and make recommendations.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their shisha experience.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve any complaints professionally.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance:
  • Clean and sanitize shisha pipes, hoses, and accessories after each use.
  • Ensure the shisha station and lounge area are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Replace coals and refill water bases as needed.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Follow health and safety regulations regarding shisha preparation.
  • Ensure proper ventilation and safe handling of hot coals.
  • Verify customer age to comply with legal smoking age restrictions.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor shisha tobacco, charcoal, and other supply levels.
  • Report low stock to the manager and assist with orders if needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a shisha attendant or in hospitality is a plus.
  • Knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation techniques.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
