About the Role: Candidates who have taken care of import/export shipment, dealt with Dubai Chamber, updating shipment trackers/record keeping, coordinating & communicating with internal departments/product groups and with LSP on shipment status, certificate application through SGS, AWB creations, Updating HS codes etc. Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting JAFZA, cargo village, DAFZA for shipment Inspection purpose.
- Picking up shipping documentation from LSP’s.
- Verification of shipping documents by coordinating with internal product departments.
- Recording important shipping details in company’s internal tracker.
- Creating AWB’s and preparing couriers.
- Verifying invoices with the specific country restrictions, HS codes and brands.
- Coordination and communication with SGS to process the certificates.
- Communicating with LSP teams for shipment collection and confirmation.
- Applying for chamber on Dubai Chamber website.
- Following up with Dubai chamber of commerce to resolve concerns.
- Resolving consignee and LSP disputes regarding delivery of shipment
