JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Prepare Accurate Export/Import documentations, Free Zone to Free Zone, To Mainland and Cross Border Movement with precise knowledge of Customs Regulations. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication \xc2\xb7 Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments \xc2\xb7 Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy \xc2\xb7 Making special shipping arrangements as necessary through Forwarders/Shipping Company ETC., \xc2\xb7 Tracking and ensuring No shipping errors made \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards \xc2\xb7 Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. \xc2\xb7 Quick practical thinking and problem-solving abilities \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service and client relations skills \xc2\xb7 Good organization and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Good collaboration and team work abilities \xc2\xb7 Leadership and goal-setting skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced and heavily loaded environment on sharp deadlines \xc2\xb7 Data analysis and data visualization \xc2\xb7 Expert inventory management \xc2\xb7 Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes \xc2\xb7 Understanding of supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions Note: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience in shipping, transport, customs transactions and logistics. Knowledge in FREEZONE Export / Import procedures is must. Cross border logistics and import and Export experience. Must have knowledge and know the complete process of cross border export and import globally with perfect knowledge of moves inside GCC including required documentation (sea, air, courier and land).
