M1 Shipping Company is a growing logistics and shipping services provider based in Dubai. We are seeking an
entry-level Shipping Coordinator
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in the shipping industry, with hands-on experience in operations, coordination, and logistics management.Key Responsibilities:
Support daily
shipping operations
. Prepare and manageload plans
. SubmitShipping Instructions (SI)
accurately and on time. Coordinate and follow up with thewarehouse team
. Take and managebooking requests
with shipping lines. Request and trackRelease Orders
. Manage bookings according tovessel schedules
.Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, booking platforms). Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of shipping processes preferred. Ability to work in night shifts (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Work Schedule
Night Shift:
3:30 PM - 2:00 AM.Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary:
AED 2,500
