- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
- Preparing quotation and invoice.
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with client and supplier.
- Handling crew change
- Arranging hotel & transportation for the client.
- Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
- Oversee all operations of the company.
- Maintaining daily contact with fleet crews, available staff, employment agencies, and internal departments.
- Acting as a contact for the crewing staff in the event of unexpected staff changes (illness or transfer to other vessels) and contributing to an adequate solution.
- Counselling fleet staff with regard to promotion tracks and training and education programs
- Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner
- Maintain client accounts
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- Proven experience as shipping agency coordinator.
- Good social and communicative skills, a team player who can handle stress.
- Good organizational skills and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prepared to work under pressure
- Hidd: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
