JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSISTANT MANAGER-SHIPPING AGENCY

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
.Must be a graduate with atleast 5yrs experience in shipping industry
.To develop the firm with new ideas and policies
.Responsible to supervise the agents in all vessel related procurements/service providing
.Increase business by incorporating new strategies and budget planning.
.Reporting the works on daily basis to GM
.Arabic speaker will be preferred, though not must.
.Tech savvy.
.Liaising and negotiating with agent suppliers and agents
. Proven working experience as a logistic coordinator handling transactions and coordination at a global scale.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff by setting smart objectives.
An attitude to do whatever it takes to service customers with seamless solutions - at the right time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
