Job Description

Job Summary: The Marketing Agency Traffic Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the workflow of marketing campaigns and projects within the agency, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the client\'s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Responsible for the management and coordination of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client\'s satisfaction.
  • Workflow Coordination: Works closely with account executives, creative teams, and production staff to develop project timelines and manage the workflow of projects from start to finish.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensures that the necessary resources are allocated to each project, including staff, time, and budget, and that all resources are being used efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Reviews all project work for accuracy, completeness, and quality before it is delivered to the client.
  • Client Relations: Acts as the primary point of contact for clients during project development, communicating project status updates and managing client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Manages project budgets and works closely with account executives to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepares regular reports and analysis of project performance, including budget variance, project completion rates, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in traffic management or project management within a marketing agency or advertising firm.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, account executives, creative teams, and production staff.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Basecamp, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
