Ship (SIP) Registration

and flagging services across multiple registries from Dubai. Our trade license covers maritime consultancies and related services

Why this role matters

This is a

build-and-run

position. You won't be handed SOPs--you will

design them

. You'll set strategy, pick target flags, create checklists, and deliver registrations with speed and accuracy.

What you'll do

Own

end-to-end

ship registration workflows: provisional/permanent registration, CSR & continuations, radio/MMSI/Call Sign licensing, mortgages/COE, deletions, re-flags. Coordinate with Flags, Class/ROs, surveyors; arrange inspections and statutory certs; manage exemptions where applicable. Draft and maintain

SOPs, checklists, templates

, and a live case tracker (Zoho/Sheets). Build a vendor and officer contact book (flag officers, survey firms). Integrate with our SIRB/crewing services for cross-sell and bundled offerings.

Must-have experience

3-8 years in

ship/flag registration

or maritime compliance (registry agent, flag admin, ship manager, or class). Confident with registration packs (Bill of Sale, Tonnage Cert, CSR, Deletion, Mortgage docs). Proven liaison with Flag/RO/Class and arranging surveys/inspections. Clear written communication; strong documentation discipline; hands-on with CRMs/spreadsheets (Zoho experience is a plus).

trackers, dashboards, and how you'll use Zoho/Sheets for audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
