Overview
#
Train, supervise and provide support to shift managers to ensure efficiency of production processes and compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards. Provide technical reports and analyses on the production process, identify problems and take corrective actions to improve product quality. Control and monitor key production processes, including raw material melting, centrifuge operation, binder preparation, and flue gas incineration. Collaborate with the process and quality department in implementing procedures and optimizing production parameters during the shift.

Job Requirements
University degree in chemistry or related technical field. High level of use of MS Office packages and SAP system. Work experience in similar/related jobs is desirable. In your daily work, you are prepared to demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Knauf values: Menschlichkeit, Commitment, Entrepreneurship and Partnership.
