DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:To carry out repairs and maintenance and installation work as directed which reflect the standard of Hotel.

JOB PROFILE:Attend to guest room and public area complaints.
Performs and updates the PPM program.
Receives and records work requests and notifies Supervisor of any problems.
To advise Supervisor/Team leader promptly of any problems.
To ensure safe working conditions for yourself and colleagues.
To ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition.
Makes sure that all work on own initiative without full supervision or direction.
Ensure that the par level stock is maintained for the fast moving items related to your trade, in the stores.
Be familiar and comply with all relevant Engineering Departmental Policies, Process and Procedures.
Perform any other duties requested by the management. Issue of stock to colleagues only on the basis of a work order and the form duly authorized by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:
High School Diploma.
Trade certificate.

Desirable:
Any other technical qualifications with High School Diploma.

EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel engineering or general engineering as an Electrical Technician.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hotel industry.


Preferably should have experience in a similar position.
