Job Positions: Shift Supervisor (Steel Co.)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is often preferred.
Previous experience in leadership roles within Foundry industries, with a strong understanding of Foundry operations and processes.
Experience in Steel manufacturing Company is Mandatory
Hands-on experience with Kaizen-Continuous Improvement methodologies and a track record of implementing process enhancements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
Proven ability to make decisions under pressure, resolve conflicts effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
