Night Shift Supervisor

to oversee our night operations and ensure excellence in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the night shift team to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ensure smooth daily operations, adhering to the production schedule.

Continuously develop workforce skills and process improvements.

Maintain a safe working environment and promote a strong safety culture.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize productivity and resource utilization.

Oversee technical and disciplinary aspects of the section, including personnel management and safety compliance.

Report on production performance, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions.

Assist in planning, budgeting, and capacity management alongside management.

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years in structural steel fabrication, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Bachelor degree or technical college background with hands-on experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
