Experience: 10+ years in Plastic industry & 5+ years hand in extrusion technology.

Role:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shift operators & production workers in the manufacture of PVC pipes, LDPE tubes and fabricated fittings.
- Plan and establishes work schedules, assignment, and production sequences, to meet production goals.
- Reads and analyses charts, work order or production schedules to determine production requirements.
- Interprets specifications, job orders and company policies and procedures for workers.
- Monitors or patrols work area and enforces safety or sanitation regulations.
- Setup and adjusts machines and equipment.
