Job Description
Overview
#
Preparation and maintenance of shift schedules in PDC for selected units in the healthcare system Close cooperation with department heads and other administrative functions Compliance with applicable working time regulations, collective agreements and local agreements Assist with the implementation and further development of the use of PDC Participation in operation, optimization and continuous improvements of planning processes

Job Requirements
Experience with shift scheduling systems, preferably in the healthcare sector Knowledge of - or desire to learn - the electronic rostering system PDC Good collaboration skills and a structured work approach Overview, accountability and ability to handle many stakeholders Good IT skills and flair for systems work
