Responsibilities:Ensure productivity, quality of products/services are delivered to the internal guest.To continuously be innovative/create new ideas.To focus on internal guest needs and deal with them promptly and efficiently. Follow departmental SOPDemonstrate a thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage productsEnsure grooming and hygiene standards are implemented and fully adhered to.Willingness and ability to Sell or influence others through suggestive selling.Assess internal/external customers' needs and preferences and provide recommendations/suggestionsAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues and deliver togetherWork in close cooperation with other departmentsWork in close cooperation with outside vendors and supplier staff members.To protect and safeguard all Staff Pavilion assetsTo ensure safe handling of all operating equipment during operationsTo ensure opening and closing inventory are carried out as per set proceduresTo ensure all operating equipment required are readily available in all areas of F & B Operations.To attend regular trainings conducted or scheduled by Management or HRTo continuously seek opportunities to develop self and improve knowledgeThe ability to conduct regular team briefingsFollow and implement the Client Policies and ProceduresFollow Hygiene and Food Safety ProceduresFollow operations guidelines as directed by the Management Willingness to handle cash transactions as part of overall cashiering dutiesReport all financial transaction and sales reports as per set procedures.To ensure operations checklist are used and served its purpose for a smooth operationTo monitor the cost & quality control measures on day-to-day operations set by the Staff Pavilion Management. Flexibility to work in other outlet or new assignment in order to meet the business demands.In addition, flexible in working hours and days as per business requirement where and when overtime is requested by the managementRequired SkillsHigh school Diploma or a graduate in any relevant courses orA minimum of 1 year experience in Food and Beverage Operations andRestaurant and Bar in similar size establishmentsBasic Hygiene Certificate/HACCP Awareness (Preferred)Special Qualification : Able to read, write and speak in EnglishArabic Speaking is an added advantageA minimum of 1 year experience in Food and Beverage Operations andRestaurant and Bar in similar size establishmentsThe ideal candidate should have an outgoing and friendly attitude with a high aptitude for customer care.Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Preferred)Understanding Hotel/ Outlet Food and Beverage Operations (Preferred)Technical KnowledgeComplaint HandlingCertificate in Basic Food Hygiene/HACCP (Preferred)Certificate in Customer Service/Care (Preferred)
