Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Shift In-Charge

to oversee and manage facility maintenance operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must hold a

degree in Mechanical Engineering

and have at least

10 years of relevant maintenance experience

in a compatible facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth operations, safety, and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Lead and guide maintenance technicians and support staff to ensure effective operations. Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain shift reports, logbooks, and operational records for management review. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum of

10 years of relevant maintenance experience

in a facility environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office applications. Experience in GCC region, particularly in facilities management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively.
