Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE Supervise production during shift run as per daily production plan DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF Shift In Charge
- Receive the production schedule from the production office.
- Check the raw material availability with storekeeper and arrange the material to the machine.
- Allocate the manpower on each machine and production schedule to display on boards.
- Supervise and brief to operators labors about policies, productivity, quality, waste,
- Responsible for each products labeling and barcoding.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and ensure the machine conditions.
- Ensure to maintain the cleanliness of factory and equipment.
- Report to production manager on plant related issues including absenteeism, Health and safety related, productivity, waste etc.
- Motivate and influence the workers in good manner.
- End of the shift, coordinate with machine operators to close the job and send the goods to store.
- Submit the production report to production officer including material consumption, waste. etc.
- Achieve production as per production plan
- Control waste in production
- Diploma in Mechanical/production/plastic or any relevant
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of working experience is required
- Excellent Production and Processing knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Monitoring skills
