Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Organize and lead HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure safety standards are met.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
Foster a proactive safety culture through engagement and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certifications required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior Ras Laffan project experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
