Role Summary
The Shelf Filler is responsible for maintaining product availability, shelf organization, and merchandising standards across the store. The role works closely with store management to implement merchandising strategies, monitor stock levels, and ensure a positive shopping experience that supports sales targets and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and customer engagement
  • Arrange products logically and attractively on shelves and display areas in line with company guidelines
  • Design and maintain merchandise displays that enhance the in-store customer experience
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize wastage
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
  • Conduct regular stock checks and support timely stock replenishment
  • Report stock issues such as low availability or overstock to store management
  • Analyze sales patterns to identify trends and recommend merchandising improvements
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising approaches when required
  • Use customer feedback to refine and enhance product displays
  • Track the effectiveness of promotions, seasonal displays, and in-store campaigns
  • Execute promotional setups, special events, and seasonal merchandising activities
  • Ensure accurate price labeling, visibility, and accessibility of all products
  • Comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and merchandising procedures
