How you can make your mark

As HSE officer you can make your mark by creating awareness and understanding of SHEQ policies and NINA values for our dredging and land reclamation project in Maldives. You provide basic SHEQ activities like administration, instructions, and supervision/control of our SHEQ responsibilities at site/project (like tender support, safety officer, quality and document control). You should know how to communicate properly with clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities as HSE Officer are

• Achieving results by understanding the added value of our SHEQ values and rules: a safe working environment.
• Leading by example: being a professional SHEQ representative also for clients and stakeholders.
• Promoting, providing feedback and advising to increase SHEQ knowledge and awareness. Reporting of all deviations to the SHEQ policies to the SHEQ Manager and Project Leader.
• Frequently monitor and inspect any health or safety aspect of the operation being undertaken with the participation of supervisors and workers.
• Administrating SHEQ data.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as HSE Officer if you have:

• Good knowledge of our NINA and WOW systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably on a dredging project.
• Experience in the dredging or construction industry is an advantage.
• Problem-solver and quick thinker.

• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of HSE Officer is a fulltime job.
