Operate shawarma grills/rotisseries safely and efficiently to ensure proper cooking.
Slice, assemble, and serve shawarma portions consistently with presentation and portion control guidelines.
Prepare and manage accompaniments such as sauces, bread, vegetables, and garnishes.
Ensure freshness, taste, and hygiene in all food preparation and service activities.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels of meats, sauces, and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
Minimize food waste by proper storage, rotation, and handling of ingredients.
Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and tools before, during, and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
