Prepare and cook shawarma according to standard recipes
Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Support other kitchen duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shawarma Maker (required)
Knowledge of marination, grilling, and frying techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can join immediately (preferred)
