Job Title: Shawarma Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Prepare and marinate meats according to specified recipes and standards. Assemble shawarma skewers and ensure their quality and proper cooking. Slice and serve shawarma according to desired taste and quality standards. Develop marinade recipes and introduce new touches to enhance flavors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor the availability of raw materials and report any shortages to ensure workflow continuity. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in preparing
shawarma.

High-level skills in slicing, marinating, and grilling shawarma professionally. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to quality, precision, and detail. Valid and transferable residency (for applicants residing in the UAE).
