The Opportunity IHS Towers is expanding our global footprint and we are seeking Junior Officers to join our Shared Service Centre in Dubai! We are looking for local talent to work within the SSC department from Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Fixed Assets & Inventory. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance to internal control policies/processes in day-to-day tasks assigned \xe2\x80\xa2 Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage relationships with other teams to ensure the completeness of Closing activities O2C \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate customer billing data and transmit to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive customer payments via bank transfer, apply cash remittances and finalize accounts receivable entries \xe2\x80\xa2 Credit control activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage delinquent accounts (incl. query resolution with internal parties) \xe2\x80\xa2 Credit notes to customers, reinstate or suspend accounts, produce credit reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Process invoicing adjustments at month-end and customer reconciliations \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare accounts receivable reports P2P \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive electronic invoices \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing of vendor invoices and handling vendor queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Creaton of payment proposals for periodic pay runs \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing of exceptional items \xe2\x80\xa2 Submission of POs to vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Employee expenses processing \xe2\x80\xa2 Month end processing \xe2\x80\xa2 Journal postings and approvals R2R \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform all month end closing activities, including the calculation and processing of manual journal entries \xe2\x80\xa2 Process and reconcile intercompany transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform FX revaluation \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform account analysis and prepare P&L analysis reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare balance sheet reconciliations \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Group reports and cash flow reports FA&I \xe2\x80\xa2 Update relevant Fixed Asset movements into ERP system \xe2\x80\x93 including creation, movements, disposal, write-down/revaluation, stock counts, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Fixed Asset GL reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare month end reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Month-end depreciation through the system accounts receivable entries \xe2\x80\xa2 Production of high-quality FA&I data to support tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventory accounting \xe2\x80\x93 including valuation, slow moving analysis, write offs, goods-in-transit accruals, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform product costing, Purchase price variance and cost of sales analysis

Requirements
