Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled STP Operator to manage the daily operations of our sewage treatment plant. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and supporting the efficient functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor sewage treatment plant equipment and machinery. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant facilities. Collect, analyze, and test water samples to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Record and maintain operational data, preparing reports on performance and irregularities. Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions promptly. Adhere to safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs, upgrades, and equipment servicing.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or technical certificate; additional training in wastewater treatment is preferred. Previous experience as an STP Operator or in a similar role is an advantage. Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
