Boeing Global Services Commercial Regional Marketing is looking for an Expert Customer Marketing Specialist (Level 5) to join the team. This role will work as part of the selling team to access customer needs and demonstrate the fit and value of product and services to the airline operation. The teams are organized by region. The position will be located in Dubai or Turkey. A qualified candidate in this role will be able to identify and effectively present Boeing Global Commercial Services solutions that best fit the customer needs and associated value analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

Directs the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for individual airline customers. and their operational needs * Demonstrates the value of the offering to the customers business requirements

Identifies short and long term sales opportunities for Boeing Global Services offerings.

Anticipates customer requirements and manages customer expectations.

Builds and maintains relationships at all levels with the airline customer and internal Boeing programs.

Acts as the primary interface for all BGS marketing activities in support of a sales campaign ensuring strong collaboration across all marketing teams

Leads and oversees cross-functional technical and marketing teams to develop and present customer solutions.

Provides Voice of the Customer to drive new business and growth opportunities.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Dubai or Turkey. This is at the hiring team\xe2\x80\x99s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a sales and marketing environment

5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership

5+ years\' experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders

5+ years\' Airline Aviation experience

5+ years analysis experience

3+ years Aviation Experience with an airline\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance or flight operations organization.

3+ years experience giving presentations

Ability to travel internationally up to 25% or more of work time

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Knowledge of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) portfolio

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years\' related work experience, Master+12 years\' related work experience, 18 years\' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
