Linking Humans is partnering with a leading ServiceNow Partner in the UAE to hire talented and experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Technical Architects. As a ServiceNow SPM Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of custom ServiceNow SPM solutions, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, guide the solutioning process, and oversee the technical implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions, including custom builds tailored to client specifications.
Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow SPM projects, ensuring the solution is scalable, optimized, and aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite (including Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Project Management).
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow SPM with other enterprise applications and platforms.
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented implementations by adhering to established ServiceNow SPM development guidelines and architecture principles.
Mentor and guide senior consultants, developers, and project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and maintaining the technical integrity of the solution.
Requirements:
SPM Certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in ServiceNow SPM implementations, including large-scale and complex projects.
Expertise in custom builds within the ServiceNow SPM platform, including the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions.
