Job role:

Service Now and SPM Implementation Consultant

Experience: 10+years

Salary : AED 17-22k/ Month

:

1. 8 to 10 Years of ServiceNow implementation experience

2. Min 4 Years of SPM implementation experience

3. At least 1 Large SPM implementation experience

4. Ability to do planning & execution of analysis SPM workshops / CRP Sessions.

5. Expertise to define and design technical architecture for complex SPM requirements to ensure the best tool/product is recommended

6. Expertise in code review process

7. Ability to map complex SPM functional requirements.

8. Expertise in preparation and review of technical design documents for SPM Implementations

9 . Expertise in preparing ERD, data model etc. "

10. Nice to have prior experience working with customers from onsite

Certifications:

"1. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Implementation Specialist

2. ServiceNow Certfied Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect (Nice to Have)
