Job Description
- Skill Set: ServiceNow APM & Business Analysis background
- Brief JD:
- Capture the data & upload to ServiceNow APM.
- Educate & Train Customer on the product to show the value of the product and create the processes for new/existing data to be loaded while continuity re-evaluated and ensure continuous improvement of the product/data.
- Additionally, create a road map of bringing the maturity of this product to the desire state against global best practices
- Experience:
- Total IT Experience (Including ServiceNow) : More than 5 Years
- ServiceNow APM Experience: More than 1 year
- Location: Dubai - UAE - Onsite
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- service now APM: 5 years (Required)
