Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service/ Maintenance Assistant Manager with a strong background in heavy construction equipment and piling operations to join our team.
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in heavy equipment's
Industry: Piling / Foundation / Heavy Construction
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all plant and machinery operations for piling projects Plan, allocate, and monitor heavy equipment usage across multiple sites Ensure preventive maintenance, breakdown control, and minimum downtime Lead plant, workshop, and site teams with a strong focus on safety and compliance Coordinate with project, procurement, and operations teams for equipment readines Maintain plant records, certifications, and statutory compliance Optimize equipment utilization and control operational costs
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in plant & machinery management Strong exposure to piling rigs, cranes, compressors, generators, and heavy equipment Proven experience in the piling / foundation sector Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards and plant compliance
