We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Service Technician

to install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of food service machinery, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure minimal downtime for restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, mixers, coffee machines, etc.). Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency. Diagnose technical issues and recommend solutions quickly and effectively. Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Keep accurate service records, maintenance logs, and reports. Educate restaurant staff on safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Coordinate with suppliers and order replacement parts as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration (preferred). Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in food service or commercial kitchen equipment. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with own car and willingness to travel to multiple locations. Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. Work in hot, cold, or confined spaces when required. Stand, bend, kneel, and move equipment as needed.
