Purpose: - Increase our annual achievement and implement printing management software Tasks / assigned: Successfully managed large and small accounts including base accounts - Resolved to the satisfaction of the customer Professional behaviour answering phone calls - Managing the time processes - Providing excellent customer support and service - Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry Knowledge Skills & Attitude: 3-4 years Industry experience preferred - Knowledge of Networking and printer Management software - Computer and analytical skills - Prior experience in Ricoh machine maintenance and repair - Valid Qatari Driving License - Transferable Visa Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
