Requirements

Currently we are looking for Service Technicians. In order to be successful in the role you need to have:

• Hands on experience in overhauling open and semi hermetic compressors.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of condensing units and condensers.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of Centralized refrigeration systems with multi racks.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of remote and plug in cabinets.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of cold rooms (walking chiller / Freezer, blast freezer and
• chillers.)
• Experience in programming and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical controllers.
• Experience in programming and troubleshooting of remote monitoring systems.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of Ice machines.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

• Following layout drawings and carryout installation of piping and other refrigeration equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Brazing / repairing defective joints and leaks. Observe and test system operation, using gauges and instruments. Adjust valves according to specifications and charge system with proper type of refrigerant by pumping the specified gas or fluid into the system.
• Estimating ordering, picking up, delivering, and installing materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Installing expansion and control valves, using acetylene torches and wrenches.
• Maintaining records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions.
