Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Team Leader to oversee our field service operations. In this role, you will manage technician scheduling, skill development, customer escalations, and operational approvals. You will also drive financial performance by managing accounts receivable, cash flow, and billing processes, while contributing to revenue growth and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule field service technicians to ensure optimal coverage and timely response Oversee skill development programs for technicians to enhance performance and efficiency Manage day-to-day service operations and resolve customer issues promptly Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery Manage approval processes for leave, inventory requisitions, and operational requirements Oversee the service department's Profit and Loss (P&L), accounts receivable, and cash flow Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability Generate and analyse performance and operational efficiency reports Identify and implement process improvement initiatives Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance with industry regulations and company policies Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for organisational growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in the office automation industry, preferably in a technical field Experience with Konica Minolta production and products is an advantage Strong knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and resource management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, financials, and identify trends Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results Commitment to ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture Valid UAE driving license.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED10,000/month Visa sponsorship Annual flight ticket
