Service Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for administering the Maintenance Contracts and supervision and management of Service Coordinators, team leaders and working closely with Maintenance Administrator / MEP Projects supervisors. Managing of service quotations, ensuring Responsive and Planned maintenance repair works quotations and content are accurate, properly specified, and offer value for money. Assist Project Manager in timelines on MEP Projects and hold periodic meetings with service supervisors and team leaders to identify problems, service delivery, deviation from the procedure, and relay management instructions. Assist Project supervisors in preparation of MEP BOQ's clauses and quotations and ensure adequately specified and priced for value for money. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks for Service Coordinators and team leaders and providing support and advice on technical problems that may occur during service calls.
