proactive and empathetic Recruiters
to help us attract and guide top talent through our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings.
Communicate with candidates primarily through our CRM.
Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with the Operations Team.
Follow up with idle or unresponsive applicants to maintain an active pipeline.
Provide clear instructions on interviews, documents, and next steps.
Keep candidate records updated and maintain a clean, organized tracker.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment (domestic staffing, hospitality, or service roles is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organization.
Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English.
