Strong experience in sales strategy, sales management, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the power solutions industry is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering
Experience in Solution sales with good technical knowledge of Low Voltage / Power Quality offers
Sales experience of low voltage switchgear panels is a must
Must have a strong customer base with proven track record
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
Highly Customer Oriented with a strong sales drive
Proficiency in market research and data analysis
Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
