Service Sales Engineer

Job Description
:
- Contribute to achieving the departments business objectives by meeting assigned goals
- Provides support to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
- Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
- Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
- Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals.
- Follow up the lost service contract with customers
- To attend meetings with customers.
- Prepare contracts in Arabic and English
- To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey
- To follow up the other brand elevators
- Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works.
- Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
- Supporting the renovation offering.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years experience in the same field in UAE
- Computer skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
