Greet customers warmly, identify their service needs, and assess opportunities for value-added services.
Record customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and service instructions accurately in the system.
Prepare repair orders, provide clear cost estimates, and issue final invoices with full transparency.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs and accuracy of service execution.
Provide continuous job status updates, additional recommendations, and delivery timelines to customers.
Conduct detailed vehicle walk-around inspections during check-in and vehicle delivery.
Recommend preventive maintenance, tyres, batteries, alignment, AC service, and other workshop offerings.
Support active upselling of value-added services in a customer-focused and ethical manner.
Handle customer concerns, warranty claims, service issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.
Maintain complete service records, daily sales reports, and customer communication logs.

Work closely with technicians, receptionists, and management to achieve daily sales and service KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Service Sales Advisor in a workshop environment.
Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and maintenance requirements.
Excellent communication skills; able to simplify technical issues for customers.
Proven ability to manage multiple repair orders and achieve sales & performance KPIs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.
UAE Driving License preferred.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
