Responsibilities

As a Service Planner you will be responsible for: Operational activities in Service Repair (SR), Service Agreement (SA) Coordination with supervisors for site inspections and planning of jobs and closing work orders Planning PPM visits of Service Agreement (SA) assigned to each zone per location, Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner Scheduling of job execution in coordination with the Supervisor/ Customer & Sales Team All SAP activities for SA & SR and attach documents in CRM on time Monitoring team utilization & productivity and reported in monthly basis

Requirements

To be successful as a Service Planner you need to have:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree Prior experience as a dispatcher may be preferred Experience minimum 2 years with SAP CRM - ECC Great English and Arabic skills spoken and written

Skills and Qualifications: Documentation Excellent computer skills, familiar with SAP CRM and ECC Excellent communication and listening skills High energy level Dependability Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities Emotional control Reporting skills
