Leads one or more Service Delivery teams within a Service (depending on technical complexity of applications and stakeholders being managed)Manages end 2 end service roadmap & implementation for the Service Teams in their remitWorks closely with other Service Owners to delivery initiatives impacting multiple teams and applicationsGeneric AccountabilityAs Service Owner you will lead and be responsible for one or mutiple Service teams under a Service basis the complexity of technology, number of applications and stakeholders being managed . You will ensure the Service team / teams are mobilized and shaped up as per the Service Delivery Model.The responsibilities will include :Owns & Manages end to end Technology Service roadmap and ExecutionAnalyze business requirement and design core banking system to meet the requirementManage T24 developments from design through implementationLead and coordinate the overall solution design & deployment activities coordinating with internal teams and vendorsPerform system assessment and develop application roadmapSpecific Accountability Influence & engage key business & IT stakeholders in the definition of Core Banking requirementsOversight on Demand Management & Release MilestonesCompliance and Risk ManagementManaging and coordinating cross-services deliveriesAbility to communicate technical issuesEmpowers, supports and guides the Service Teams to work effectivelySupports Service Delivery Manager to deliver the requirementEnsures the engineering team has recovery plan / back-up plan for mitigating any risk/ issuesPrepare application recovery plansProvide required support during SIT and UATSupport the project execution and governanceManage the risks, resourcing, quality and budget requirements for assigned streams of changeQualifications12+ Years of Experience in SDLC or Service ManagementStrong Functional and technical knowledge of the core banking systemPrior experience of implementation of one or more core banking programsUnderstanding of latest market trends in core banking cloud, latest releases of T24 etc...TOGAF, SOA, PMP, Cloud, Agile or Domain specific certifications would be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically, in writing and verballyBroad understanding of Application, Information & Infrastructure technologies & PracticesInterpersonal skills- collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skillsGood Functional and technical knowledge of T24 modules AA, FT, TELLER, MG, LD, TOCAFEEE, and TAFJ
